That’s why AVC Immedia supports the international day against homophobia, transphobia and biphobia.
My deep belief is that every person is just as important as every other person, and that I have no right to comment on the way anyone lives their life. Who am I to judge? Who are any of us to judge?
I want AVC Immedia employees to enjoy their job by living our values and working hard for the team. I also want them to be who they are, whatever that means to them. I don’t care about the label; I care about the person.
The same goes for our clients. The quality of our relationships is never driven by who we are, but what we do.
As for people who do feel able to judge and put down LGBTQ+ individuals with hate language and violence, I reject their views completely. But they are individuals too. Do they deserve to be heard? In a free society, yes. But there is no obligation to agree with them, and every obligation to show the error of their ways by accepting everyone absolutely, no matter what labels society wants to apply.
